There are no words for the Bouley Test Kitchen. Here,  some of the finest ingredients make their way into the hands of some of the finest chefs and are reborn as some of the finest melding of flavors and textures that I can remember. Here, Jay and I celebrated getting hitched after more than two years of being engaged.
